Well Hi! My name is Nick Boban, and I am the Owner/Operator of Craft Lounge in Nampa, ID. Alongside my business partner, award winning chef Dustan Bristol of Brick 29, we have created a space in the town we love that will transport our guests to another place and time altogether each time they visit. We aim to cultivate a sense of belonging through friendship, the exploration and education of the early American cocktail culture & beyond. You won't find a television or house music here, but you will leave with a full belly, sore from laughter, and a brain full of more than you ever wanted to know about the ingredients in your glass!
Located in the historical Masonic Lodge of Idaho, upstairs you'll find the fine dining provided by Brick 29, and just underneath, down the winding hall, you'll find us, Craft Lounge. Just beyond the Janitors Closet Door, in true prohibition fashion.
We never get tired of seeking out ways to better improve ourselves, our craft, our community or your experience as a guest. Because of that we hand crush our ice, painstakingly carve every large rock, press juices fresh daily, and created our own line of syrups called House Made.
It is my hope that this blog and website bring to you, the adventurous home bartender, the tools, tricks and information you need to be the ultimate party host. The kind that makes your friends wonder where in the world you found the time to take bartending classes.
The hope is that throughout this website you will find everything you need to be the most prepared of weekend warriors, because if you're anything like me, and my crew, we live for hosting a great party/event/evening with our closest!
